Every tour is built from scratch for your group. Tell us what you love, and we will design a walking route through the real Osaka, with local food stops along the way.
From street food stalls to neon alleys. Here is what your tour could look like.
Most tour companies run the same route every day. We do the opposite. Before your trip, you tell us your interests, your must-visit spots, and what kind of experience you want. Then we build a completely custom walking route just for your group.
Along the way, you will eat local Osaka food: takoyaki fresh off the grill, okonomiyaki at a neighborhood spot, maybe a cold beer at an ultra-local izakaya. Food is not included in the price, so you choose exactly what and how much you eat. Your guide handles the ordering and recommendations.
Real Osaka, not a script
Four simple steps from booking to your perfect Osaka day.
Pick your date, duration (3–6 hours), number of guests, and any must-visit spots or interests.
We create a custom itinerary based on your preferences, pace, and the areas you want to explore.
Meet your guide and start walking. Eat local food along the way, from street stalls to hidden izakayas.
No two tours are the same. Your route is built around your group, and you can change plans on the fly.
Here is one example of a 6-hour tour. Every tour is fully customized to your group.
We meet at your hotel or a convenient station. Quick introductions, overview of the plan, and we start walking.
Dive into Osaka's retro entertainment district. Neon signs, kushikatsu joints, Janjan Yokocho alley, and the towering Tsutenkaku.
Grab takoyaki from a street stall or sit down for okonomiyaki at a neighborhood spot. Your guide picks the best option for the day.
The neon heart of Osaka. Glico Man, canal views, street food, and the energy of one of Japan's most famous streets.
One of Japan's most iconic castles, surrounded by a vast park with seasonal cherry blossoms and golden roof details. We walk the moat, catch the best photo angles, and learn the story behind Hideyoshi's Osaka.
Duck into a tiny local izakaya that tourists never find. Cold beer, small plates, and real Osaka atmosphere.
Den Den Town for otaku culture? Nakazakicho for cafés? Kuromon Market for seafood? You decide on the spot.
A spot we never publish online. Every tour passes through here, and every guest leaves with a story. You will have to come to know what it is.
Your guide sends you off with personalized recommendations for the rest of your trip. Photos are sent after the tour.
You pay for food as you go, so you choose exactly what and how much you eat. Most guests spend ¥1,500 – ¥3,000 on food during the tour.
Use the calculator below to see your total. All prices are per group, not per person.
Minimum 2 guests. Solo travelers pay the 2-person rate.

Born and raised in Osaka, I have spent my whole life exploring this city. From the famous tourist spots to the tiny backstreet bars and local diners that do not appear on any map, I know this city inside and out.
"I want you to see the Osaka I grew up in. Not just the highlights, but the real neighborhoods, the local food, and the stories behind it all."
Every tour is different because every group is different. I will ask about your interests before we meet, and on the day, we will go wherever feels right. No scripts, no rushing, just a relaxed walk through the city with someone who actually lives here.
I also run @nihongo_hongo_jp on Instagram, where I teach Japanese language and culture to a global audience. Come say hi.
